Ex big brother Naija housemate, Rebecca Hampson who is popularly known as Nengi has been trending online lately on social media platforms for the past few hours following her viral video walking on the street wearing only a pair of bikini outfits and pulling down her cover-shirt while others were fully clothed.
Since the video went viral, many people have been dropping their opinions and mostly criticizing her for wearing the Bikini outfits on the street. However, in this article, I will be sharing with you the 2 things she should have considered before wearing the outfit on the street.
1. Wrong Timing & Venue: Wearing a bikini outfit is fine but when the timing is wrong at the wrong place, it is deemed improper. Nengi didn’t time her outfit well and she wasn’t wearing it at the appropriate venue because she was on the street and not the beach.
In the video, you will notice that she was putting on a shirt that was supposed to act as a cover for her when she is at a public place. However, while others were fully clothed, she pulled down her shirt which was the main reason why people are criticizing her online.
2. Nigerian Government Official: Nengi is not just a reality TV star, she is also a government official as she is the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the governor of Bayelsa State, Nigeria.
As a government official and the “face of the girl child” in the state, wearing such an outfit in public and walking around the street isn’t proper for her in my opinion.
