“As you are all aware,

planning for the 5th Annual National Legislative Conference has been ongoing for months.

The Conference which hitherto was to hold on Wednesday the 30th of November at the Sheraton Hotel, Abuja,  has been changed.

The uncertainties surrounding the Management tussle, imminent shut down and assumed renovations to be carried out at the Sheraton hotel, Abuja, deemed it super necessary to change the venue.

We are glad to announce to you, that the event will now hold on the 1st of December, 2022 at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Hall of Nicon Luxury Hotel, Abuja.

The event promises to be top-notch as HallowMace Foundation in Partnership with the National Orientation Agency have over the years, continued to improve on its perfection in putting together a conference aimed at improving Legislative effectiveness and deepening Democratic values, while bringing the Parliament closer to the people.

We regret the abrupt and ill-timed change.

However, we promise an engaging Conference with the Theme:

NIGERIA’S LEGISLATIVE EXPERIENCE: REFLECTIONS ON LEGISLATIVE TURNOVER, INSTITUTION BUILDING AND GOVERNMENTAL ACCOUNTABILITY*

This Year’s edition will witness the official Presentation of the 2022 Constituency Project Tracking Report by BudgIT Nigeria.

As we put in concerted efforts in bringing to you, the best Legislative Conference in assessment and farewell to members of the 9th National Assembly, kindly note that Nation Building is a collective responsibility,” the statement concluded.
