To leave the shores of Nigeria legally by road, you are required to have a valid identification card, passport, certificate, and of course money.
1. Sierra Leone Sierra Leone is an African nation that is located in West Africa. The country is bordered by Guinea to the northeast and Liberia to the southeast. 5. Ivory Coast Traveling to Ivory Coast or Cote D’Ivoire gives you the ability to pass and see places like Ghana, Togo, and Cotonou. The country is located on the South coast of West Africa and you can go there from Lagos State.
6. Cameroon To travel to Cameroon, first, you need to head to Akwa Ibom in the southeast, then travel to Calabar. The second half of the journey is to travel to the town of Ekom and the Cameroonian border. From then you go ahead to Douala, the capital state of Cameroon.
7. Mali It is cheaper and popular to travel to Mali through Northern Nigeria. First is to head to Katsina, Northern Nigeria, and start your journey.
8. Niger Niger is one of the African countries that Nigerians can visit and travel to by car. It is a bit easier to get there through Katsina or Borno state.
