He assured that the Federation is committed to organizing more championships in the future noting that it is through regular Championships that Nigerian Archers can be in competition mood and also help them adequately prepare for major championships.

He stated further that the Federation under the leadership of Baba Abdulahi has lined up several championships in America, Europe, Asia and other several of the world including Africa.

The board member also revealed that the championship would also help the Federation select players for the National team which he maintained would basically be based on the overall performance of each athlete.

The championship commenced on Wednesday with seminar/workshop and it is expected to end on Saturday 6th March, 2021. Winners would receive medals and trophies.
