Assistant Comptroller General of Customs Charles Osikhena Orbih has taken the reins as the new Zonal Coordinator of the Nigeria Customs Service Zone ‘A’ Headquarters in Ikeja, Lagos.

Orbih’s inaugural address emphasized his commitment to strengthening the zonal structure, highlighting the importance of teamwork, innovation, and stakeholder engagement in achieving this goal.

Orbih’s vision aligns with the policy thrust of Comptroller General of Customs Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, which focuses on *Consolidation*, *Collaboration*, and *Innovation*. With decades of experience in the service, Orbih brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. His professional background includes membership in various professional bodies and completion of leadership and management courses both locally and globally.

Prior to his appointment as Zonal Coordinator of Zone ‘A’, Orbih held various positions, including Customs Area Controller for the Imo/Abia Command and Zonal Coordinator for Zone ‘C’.
