House of Representatives hopeful at next year’s general election Sadiq Obanoyen is optimistic that Nigeria’s economy would bounce back and also exceed expectations when Peoples Democratic Party presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar wins next year’s presidential election.
Speaking to newsmen at his Otapete -Owo residence in On do State, Obanoyen said Peter Obi’s knowledge of Nigeria’s economy and how to remedy it is an added advantage to Atiku’s business and economic understanding.

“I’m exited because Nigeria will soon exit being the poverty capital of the world with the coming of Atiku and Obi. There is hope after all from this ugly situation we find ourselves. Atiku is an accomplished businessman and has an able assistant in Peter Obi. I was thrilled with his position at the last vice presidential debate. He not only identified the problems of Nigeria economy but proffered solution to them. So Nigerians should vote them in for the good times to return.”

Atiku is an employer of labour so he understands what it takes to be successful as youth unemployment has become a critical issue that must be confronted head on.
Obi’ s track record as a governor also presents a relieve that Nigerians desire at this time. I think we have the right combination to get Nigeria working again.

Arc Sadiq Obanoyen who polled 107 votes to beat his closest rival, Dr Bode Ayorinde; an incumbent who scored 73 votes in the Oct 3rd primary elections is however in the High Court challenging the mysterious submission of the name of the runner up to the INEC (as the House of Representatives candidate) instead of his name.
He is however confident that justice would be done.

Obanoyen enjoined his constituents to brace up for a rigorous campaign that must ensure total victory for Alj Abubakar Atiku and all other PDP candidates in the 2019 general elections.
