Azubuike Okechukwu lands Istanbul Basaksehir season long loan deal

Captain of Nigeria’s Olympic Eagles Azubuike Okechukwu signed a season long loan with Istanbul Basaksehir Wednesday in Instabul Turkey.
The talented midfielder who went on a six month loan from his Egyptian club Pyramid FC to Turkish Club Caykur Rizespor has now moved to a top division side again in Turkey Basaksehir having had an impressive loan deal with Rizespor.
Okechukwu’s Representative Daniel Abumere popularly known as Soccer Ambassador revealed that the contractual aspects and signing of the deal was done Wednesday morning.
“Azubuike just signed a season loan deal with Istanbul Basaksehir today in Instabul Turkey. He is very happy with the deal because the club is one of the top rated clubs in Turkey. In fact Basaksehir placed 2nd on the league last season and will play UEFA Champions League playoffs this time.
“They will be playing playoffs to qualify to the group stage of the Champions League”, an elated Abu as he is fondly called said
Azubuike will be joining the team in Austria for training camp tomorrow (Thursday).
Famous Brazilian forward Robinho and former Arsenal star Gael Clichy are Azubuike’s teammates in Basaksehir.
