Mike who won the High Jump Gold medal at the last edition of the National Sports Festival held in Abuja is the current Head of House (HOH) and will have his popularity and strength tested as he struggles for the grand prize of N60 million in the Big Brother Nigeria season 4(Pepper Dem Gang) with  four others finalists.

According to the AFN, Technical Director, Sunday Adeleye, Mike has been a model to the Nigerians youth and the athletics family in the ongoing reality show.
“An athlete, a responsible Nigerian and a good husband and also a reliable member of the athletics family by extension, he has shown good example so far through his behavior in the house”

“He has proved to be a good role model to our children, the youth and the athletes. The federation is proud of him and the entire athletes in the running world and sports family all share the same sentiment”, the Technical director affirmed.

Adeleye further stressed on the importance of Mike winning the Big Brothers Nigeria game to the sporting sector while calling on the sport fraternity and Nigerians to vote for Mike.

“The Sports World will largely benefit from this as it will open doors for young athletes to take athletics as a professional career and embrace the opportunities that lie therein.

“Mike also has shown that athletics is a sport that encourages discipline and self control hence it will encourage children to come into athletics, so I appeal to all Nigerians to vote for Mike so that he can win this edition of the Big Brother Nigeria” he concluded.
