… Order Omobayo to Appeal Before it 4th of November, or Faces Imprisonment

Justice James Omotosho of the Federal Capital, Abuja on Thursday granted an order directing the imposed deputy governor by Governor Godwin Obaseki, Marvelous Omobayo to appear before it on 4th November,2024 or face Imprisonment.

Granting the form 49, Justice James Omotosho said Marvelous Omobayo should be served the order through Edo State government House.

He further directed that failure for him to appear before the court on the stated date, he will be sentence to prison.
