Information reaching the news desk of www.theajasanews.com has it that the Court of Arbitration for Sports, CAS has upheld Manchester City appeal challenging their ban from participating in the Champions League ban by UEFA for two seasons.
In February this year, Manchester City was banned from participating in two Champions League for alleged breach of licencing and financial Fair Play regulations.
The former Premier League champions denied any wrong doing, and appealed to CAS.
With this ruling, Manchester City is back in the Champions league
