Information reaching www.theajasanews.com has it that the Inspector General of Police has replaced the commissioner of Police in Lagos state, Edgal Imohimi with Mr. Kayode Egbetokun.
Mr Egbetokun is for now to be in charge in acting capacity.
Imohimi is expected to resume as the Commissioner of Police in charge of Explosive Ordinance Unit at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.
Edgal Imohimi assumed office as Lagos CP on August 31, 2017. Before then, he was the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Operations in Lagos State.
