As reaction continue to trail Super Eagles performance at the last international friendly match against Ukraine where they were forced to a 2-2 score, former Super Eagles defender Chikelue Iloenyosi has tipped the present squad to get Nigeria at least two to three world cup tickets if they are properly managed and kept together.

Speaking with www.theajasanews.com, the former International who was with the team in Dnipro, Ukraine said that with what he has seen from the boys they are truly young and have the quality to take Nigeria’s national team to greater heights.

“This very young squad of the Super Eagles played very well against Ukraine. As an ex-Inyernational I was very impressed with their performance in the friendly match.

If not for the momentary loss of concentration the Eagles could have won the natch.

“Goalkeeper Francis Uzoho was magnificent and had a good game.  The new players gave a very good account of themselves. Players like Aribo was a joy watching him play. He is ball joggler who dribbles well, guide the balk well and also made useful passes in the match.

“My best player against Ukraine was Victor Osimhen. He gave Ukraine defenders sleepless night and was a major threat to the host team throughout the match.

“It gives me great joy that we now have a team that is very good for the future. This team will be there to represent Nigeria at least for two to three world cups because they are very, very young. I can assure anybody that we have a good team on ground now”, the Special Assistant to the President, Nigeria Football Federation disclosed in Abuja yesterday.
