Kada City utility player, Umar Mohammad has secured a move to Belarus top division side, SFC SLUTKS.
The player who played a major role in Kada City gaining promotion to the Nigeria elite league when the Kaduna based team participated at the NNL Super 8 championship that took place in Aba this .
Umar continued the good form in the Nigeria premier league this season when he scored with a curling freekick in Kada City win over Gombe United.
His exploit caught the eyes of the Haruna Babaginda football academy who immediately took him out to Belarus for trials.
According to one of Haruna Babaginda football academy agents who monitored the player progress, Muhtar Jibril popularly known as Fifason, told www.theajasanews.com that the Belarus club was really impressed with the quality they saw in Umar during the trials and could not help but to offer him a contract.
He explained that the player was given a one year contact to begin with and has the option of extending it if he performs to their expectation .
