Former Super Eagles coach Samson Siasia has expressed total disgust with the protracted delay in the resolution of the Nigeria league crisis involving the NIgeria National League, the League management Company and the club owners.

In a chart with news men in Abuja, Siasia took a swipe at LMC and the club owners who he declared are the main architect of the whole brouhaha.

“It is pathetic to see what is going on in the Nigerian league. The league did not end and they declare a winner. Is that how it is done in the other part of the world?

“Those that run Nigerian leagues should sit and ask questions, If they don’t know what to do they should go and learn how to do a better job.

“How do they still want to promote four teams without relegating any team. I am not criticising them but as ex footballer, we need to let them know when things
are not going well,” he said.

The former Super Eagles striker also used the opportunity to blasts the management of the Nigeria clubs saying the horrible situation the league players go through is the reason they can never play to the highest level.

“How can players park themselves on a bus and travel for 15 to 20 hours? And you want to get the best from such a player? That is why we will continue to depend on foreign players to execute national team assignment,” he concluded.
