Enugu Rangers International’s chief Coach, Gbenga Ogunbote is approaching the second leg match with Bantu FC of Lesotho in the return leg of the Confederation cup with caution hoping on God to help them finish the job.
It is a know fact that Nigeria coaches are in the habit of going religious in analysing the outcome and prospect of matches rather than give technical analyses. It is in this vain that Ogunbote is reacting to how he will approaching the return leg hoping on God to help finish the job in the return leg.
The Nigeria league champion had on Sunday afternoon, inside the 20,000 capacity Setsoto stadium, Maseru, earned a valuable win over host’ Bantu F.C with a 2-1 score in the first leg, 2 1/16 round ofTotal Confederation cup 2018/2019 encounter.
Reacting to the performance of his boy after the match, Ogunbote said, “It was a great performance from my players but for the last minute loss of concentration. It will always get better. I believe that Bantu is not a bad side but we by the special grace of God we shall finish the job we have started here.”
Rangers will take on the Lesotho league champions in the return leg slated for Nnamdi Azikiwe stadium, Enugu onSunday, January 20, 2019 with the aggregate winner qualifying for the group stage of Total Confederation cup 2018/2019.
