Just few days to the election into the Federal Capital Territory Football Association board, incumbent chairman, Musa Talle is already in a landslide lead in the race for the chairmanship position.
According to an opinion poll conducted by www.theajanews.com has it that Musa Talle is totally in clear lead and coming closely behind him is Coach Bamgboye, while Abbah Muktar is far behind in the third position.
The poll revealed that few months ago before the election was postponed, the battle for the chairmanship position was very close among the three candidates with Abbah even having a slim advantage then.
The reason several of our respondents favour Musa Talle to win the election is predicated on the arguement that he has the full support of majority of the football stakeholders in Abuja, particularly from the Federal Capital Territory sports department and even from members of the board of the Nigeria Football Federation.
The report suggests that the board of the Nigeria Football Federation is not too disposed to Abbah Mukatar emerging as the FCT FA chairman for whatever reason best known to them.
Meanwhile, all the candidates are all busy campaigning for votes for the election as the day draws near.
