Prince Olusegun Adewale Mosaku Nominated as Oba-Elect of Arigbajo Land

The Kingmakers’ Council of Arigbajo Land has formally nominated Prince Olusegun Adewale Mosaku as the Oba-Elect of Arigbajo Land, in Ewekoro Local Government Area of Ogun State.

The nomination was announced by Col. D. D. Alao (Rtd.), the Lisa Lufase of Arigbajo Land and Head of the Kingmakers’ Council, following due consultation and recommendations from other chiefs.

In the official statement, Col. Alao confirmed that the Kingmakers exercised their traditional authority to present Prince Mosaku as the rightful successor to the throne of the Olu of Arigbajo Land.

The letter of nomination has been forwarded to His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, MFR, the Governor of Ogun State, through the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, for final approval and formal recognition.

This development follows the passing of the former Olu of Arigbajo Land, and the Kingmakers expressed confidence that Prince Mosaku will continue the legacy of leadership, unity, and progress for the people of Arigbajo.
