See Dalung appearing half naked in a Plateau cultural festival

Nigeria minister of Youths and Sports, Solomon Dalung may not seize to amaze Nigerians as he stormed a cultural carnival
in Plateau state with just his underwear.

The minister attended the 2018 Tarok cultural carnival which held in Langtang South local government area of the state
yesterday December 29th.

In photos from the event, Dalung is seen wearing just his underwear and other cultural material tied around his waist at
the carnival. He even took part in some of the activities.
