The mother of a young lady who was assaulted, drugged and deported from a foreign country in the Middle East has revealed that she sold everything to send her daughter abroad but she came back home in a bad state.
Funmilayo Fehintola traveled to Oman in search of greener pastures but she passed through a lot of horrible situations that affected her mental health.
Funmi revealed that she wanted to work as an house help in Oman but she was forced into other things that didn’t go down well with her.
She said that they forced her into taking drugs and she was assaulted by the people she stayed with. Funmi added that she faced a lot during her stay in Oman and it has affected her badly.
