Nollywood filmmaker, Pascal Atuma, congratulates President Buhari on second term victory

Pascal Atuma, chief executive officer of TABIC records and label has congratulated President Muhammadu Buhari on his second term victory.

Atuma, who spoke to from his base in Toronto, Canada said President Buhari triumphed in the well fought battle because of his progressive oriented policies.

The Canadian-Nigerian award winning filmmaker also calls for unity amongst Nigerians irrespective of party or tribal lines.

“First of all I must congratulate the President on his re-election,” Atuma said.

“It is my strong hope that the trust given to the President by all Nigerians will be a source of inspiration for him to deliver the goals set as he works towards developing national unity, the economy, promoting transparency, and ensuring the welfare and security of the people of our country.”

He also congratulated the former Governor of Abia State, Orji Uzor Kalu on his election to the senate to represent his constituency at the senatorial level.

Atuma said Orji Uzor Kalu has shown and demonstrated the never give up spirit of a true Umuahian, referring to Government College, Umuahia where the new senator acquired his high school education.

“I also want to congratulate Senator Dino Melaye representing Kogi West Senatorial District and Ikwuano Umuahia Constituency House of Representative member, Honorable Samuel Ifeanyi Onuigbo on their re elections,” he added.

Pascal Atuma calls on all the newly elected officials to support Nollywood and the entertainment industry for the interest and benefit of all Nigerians.

TABIC records and label wishes President Buhari and Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, a successful second term in office.
