“We’re honoured by your show of love

Our words fail us to express how we feel after the burial of our mother. The family of Ikyur Atoh Ayaku of Utenge, Mbaajirakaa Council Ward, Tarka LGA wishes to sincerely express their profound gratitude to the Almighty God for His protection and blessings upon them.

We’re so grateful to the Executive Governor of Benue State, Samuel Ortom, his amiable wife, Eunice Erdoo Ortom, PhD for providing their shoulders for others to lean on. They stood with, and supporting us to give our mother a befitting burial. May God continue to bless you.

We also appreciate the Deputy Governor, Engr. May God continue to bless, protect and reward your prayers of love abundantly, always.

Let me also mention my Classmates at Government Secondary School, Gboko Set 1982 led by Joseph Ayumba. You rolled big time.

The multitude of people who came to honour our mother is too much to be captured here individually. But we recognise you all. For everyone who found time to be with us and mourn with us, may God bless you and your families and cause others to bless you abundantly at all times.

Our friends who came from far and near are among the many others too numerous and may not be mentioned here individually. But we appreciate everyone. We deeply appreciate you all. Indeed, our Mama is Happy where she is that she was honoured in death. Thank you all. And I pray that God will grant you all you desire for yourselves and families. Amen.”

He concluded.
