Sports Dignitaries in Nigeria have hailed the organizational ability of the Chief Executive Officer of Pretty Sports Media, Miss Uche Nwudo declaring that she has a long way to go in the act of organizing international football matches and other functions.
The Sports Dignitaries who were present during the final match between WACO FA of the Federal Capital Territory against visiting Gaddosky FC of Anambara state and proudly organized by Pretty Sports Media showered encomium on Uche Nwudo.
One of those who spoke with www.theajasanews.com on the occasion was the General Manager of NTA Sports, Mr Femi Johnson.He expressed satisfaction with the organization of the match noting also that it afforded them to opportunity to watch a very entertaining grass root football. Femi Johnson stated further, “You must give it to Uche, this is indeed a first class organization. The match was highly entertaining, the crowd was there to watch and it gave us the opportunity to be engaged,”
For his part, Former Super Eagles goal keeper, Emmanuel Babayaro stressed that the efforts of pretty sports is highly commendable stating that Nigeria is lacking so much in the area of grass root programs, “The fact is that Nigeria need more of these kinds of programs. This is what the Nation need if really we are sincere in the task of developing football in the country,”
Speaking also, President of the Nigerian Union of Journalist, Mr Isiguzo said he was happy to be present at the event, while showering encomium on Pretty Sports Media for powering such highly entertaining friendly match,” he said.
The match did attracted the who is who in the Nigeria football industry, and Abuja football fans turned out in their large numbers to cheer the two teams.
The Chief Executive Officer of Pretty Sports Media while thanking her sponsor, Mr Ejike Agbasimelo, CEO of Gabosky football club disclosed that this is just the beginning of what they planned for football organization in the country, “I can tell you that this is just the beginning of what we plan to do for football in Nigeria. We have a lot in stock but we are taking it one at a time. Of course, this is not one off thing, we are just starting,” she concluded.
The Friendly match saw FCT League Champion, WACO FA defeat Gaddosky fc by a lone goal.
